General Meeting for Sevier Citizens for Clean Air and Water(SCCAW)
SCCAW will host a general meeting Thursday, February 16th at 7:00 PM in the basement training room (rear of building) of the County Administration Building, 250 N Main, Richfield.

Commissioner Ogden will be be available for a question and answer session on issues past, present and future in Sevier County, Utah
Tooter Ogden’s Bio
Garth “Tooter” Ogden
Elected: November, 2010 Term Expires: January, 2015
Tooter was born and raised in Sevier County. He was born in Richfield, Utah, where he grew up on his family dairy farm. Tooter began working on the family farm at a very early age. Tooter and his wife, DeDe, have raised their five children who are all raising their own families.
Tooter attended the Utah Valley Community College, now known as the Utah Valley University, in Provo, Utah, where he received an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science.
Tooter spent most of his life working on the family farm and he owned and operated the Ideal Dairy in Richfield for twenty years. He was nominated to serve on the Utah Dairy Commission for three years. He also served on the Utah Dairyman’s Association for eight years.
Tooter served on the Richfield Planning Board for eight years. He has also been a member of the Richfield Fire Department for more than twenty years. He enjoys new challenges and solving problems.
